1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Basify.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Basify platform for personal or commercial business operations. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Basify.io;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
• Transfer the account access to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Data Ownership

You retain all rights and ownership of the data you upload or create within Basify. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. However, by using the service, you grant us permission to host and process this data to provide the services to you.

4. Subscription & Refunds

Basify offers Free, Pro, and Team plans. Pro and Team plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are processed at our discretion unless required by local law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Basify shall not be held liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

We collect information to provide better services to our users. This includes:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and payment details.
• Usage Data: We automatically detect your IP address, browser type, and location to provide correct currency and language settings.
• Content Data: The spreadsheets, records, and files you upload to your Basify databases.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to maintain, protect, and improve our services, and to develop new ones. We do not sell your personal information or your database content to third parties.

3. Data Security

We work hard to protect Basify and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of information we hold. This includes encryption of data at rest and in transit.

4. Data Portability

In accordance with our "No Vendor Lock-in" policy, you have the right to export your data at any time via CSV or JSON formats. You may also request that your account and all associated data be permanently deleted.
